TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All customers are required to fill out a customer detail form and waiver of liability before participation in our tours. View the form here.
    BOOKINGS TERMS
  • All bookings are made on request.
  • Minimum numbers are required for all tours. We will endeavour to meet our required minimum numbers and if not, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
  • All minors must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
  • Our tours are family friendly, however kayak tours are recommended for children older than 7 years.
  • Due to overall weight restrictions in the kayaks, we have a maximum weight limit of 115kg per person.
  • All safety instruction and interpretation is delivered in English only. Participants will need to have a sufficient level of English to be able to understand safety instructions.
  • Capricorn Seakayaking reserve the right to remove customers from tours, or split participants if we believe that the safety of the customer, group, or others on the tour, is compromised. Reasons for this may include if the participant cannot speak or understand sufficient English to follow the guide's instructions; participant weighs over 115kgs; or is otherwise behaving in a manner deemed to infringe upon Capricorn Seakayaking's duty of care to participants. This option is exercised at the guide's discretion depending on environmental factors and participant ability.
  • If we cancel due to unsuitable weather or other unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule your tour. If it is not possible to reschedule, a full refund will be given.
    CANCELLATION POLICY
  • We accept cancellations or amendments in writing only (email: bookings@capricornseakayaking.com.au). To avoid any miscommunications, requests for cancellations, or amendments over the phone will not be accepted.
  • If you cancel your tour within 72 hours of tour departure, the full amount of the tour will be charged, no refunds are given.
    CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) CANCELLATION POLICY
  • If you cancel a tour due to COVID-19 related restrictions we can:
  • Change date of your tour departure OR
  • Provide you with a gift voucher for the full amount paid. This gift voucher is valid for two years. These vouchers can also be transferred to other people if you wish to sell or gift them in future.
    PRIVACY POLICY
  • We use your personal information only for bookings and safety requirements. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
  • We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
