Hal Paine has co-developed an exciting new Youth Leadership program with Millennium Kids. It includes a week long camp, usually at Ningaloo Reef or the Walpole area. The program includes "whole of program learning" using experiential learning methods and concludes with participants being mentored to develop their own community service project.

The Leadership & Environmental Citizenship program is now available at  Certificate 1, 2, 3, and 4 levels, and is auspiced by Challenger TAFE.

The Millennium Kids Odyssey is a unique week long program, developed in partnership with Capricorn Seakayaking, for participants 18 years and over, focusing on leadership, environmental citizenship and project management.
