CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Half Day Tours: If you cancel within 72 hours of tour commencement then you forfeit 100% of tour cost, no refunds are then given.

Full Day Tours: If you cancel within 72 hours of tour commencement then you forfeit 100% of tour cost, no refunds are then given.

2 Day Tours: At least 14 days notice of cancellation is required. If you cancel within 14 days of tour commencement then you forfeit 100% of tour cost, no refunds are then given. We advise you to have travel insurance cover to cover the cost of the tour in the case of emergency or travel delays or changes.

5 & 7 Day Tours: At least 30 days notice of cancellation is required. If you cancel within 30 days of tour commencement then you forfeit 100% of tour cost, no refunds are then given. We advise you to have travel insurance cover to cover the cost of the tour in the case of emergency or travel delays or changes.

What if there is bad weather?
If we cancel due to bad weather, we will either re-schedule your tour or refund your full tour cost less any administration fees* a booking agent may charge.
* Some booking agents may charge an administration fee, Capricorn Seakayaking does not.
