We will contact you via telephone or email to confirm your booking and organise payment or answer any enquiry you may have within 48 hours. We accept credit/debit card over the phone or details in two separate emails. International customers may request a PayPal invoice if needed. Full payment is required to confirm booking.
Bookings close and can only be made prior to the times specified below for each tour type:
Half Day Ningaloo Tour: Via this form or email – the day prior to trip commencement. / Via phone – up to 1 hour prior to trip commencement (if places available).
Full Day Penguin & Seal Island and Ningaloo Tours: 5:00pm the day prior to trip commencement (if places available).
Multi-Day Tours: Please contact us for further information.
Places are limited for each tour. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and date requests, however bookings are only confirmed once we contact you with confirmation of your specified date/s or alternative and receive payment.
